NAVRIXA / Policy draft

Terms & Conditions

Proposed website and service terms for NAVRIXA’s business sourcing and market development support.

Draft for review. The legal operator, registered country and business address are not yet confirmed. Operational details and applicable legal requirements must be confirmed before this becomes the final policy. This draft does not replace an agreed project contract.

1. Who these terms cover

These draft terms concern use of the NAVRIXA website and business enquiries. The contracting legal entity, business address and applicable jurisdiction remain to be confirmed. Each assignment requires its own written agreement identifying the parties.

2. Our role

NAVRIXA provides sourcing and market development coordination. Manufacturing, purchasing, inspection, logistics and local partner responsibilities are defined in the project scope. A factory visit or coordinated check is not certification or independent specialist testing.

3. Scope and approval

Activities, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, reporting and the decisions requiring your approval are agreed before work begins. An enquiry does not create a service contract. Changes to scope or budget require agreement before additional work starts.

4. Fees and external costs

Service fees reflect the agreed work and resources. Payment timing, currency, taxes, expenses and any cancellation or refund arrangements are specified in the project agreement. Supplier, sample, shipping, travel, testing and third-party costs should be identified and approved separately or expressly included.

5. Commercial decisions and results

Clients retain commercial decision-making authority unless a specific mandate is agreed. Sales, partnerships, supplier availability and delivery dates depend on third parties and market conditions. We commit to the agreed work and reporting, without promising a particular sales result or distributor agreement.

6. Confidentiality and materials

Confidentiality, access, permitted disclosure and any NDA requirements are agreed before sensitive information is shared. Ownership and permitted use of project outputs, client materials and third-party intellectual property are addressed in the project agreement.

7. Website information and external links

Website content provides general information about our services. A project-specific quotation or written agreement determines the actual service offered. External websites operate under their own terms and policies.

8. Project disputes and applicable law

Liability provisions, termination, dispute procedures and governing law must be agreed with the confirmed contracting entity. No particular jurisdiction or liability limit is assumed in this draft. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded.
