Getting started

Who does NAVRIXA work with?

Our China sourcing services support overseas e-bike brands, distributors and wholesalers. Our overseas market development services focus on e-bike brands entering or growing in the UK, Europe and North America.

Can you work with suppliers or distributors we already know?

Yes. We can support existing relationships, coordinate specific work or help assess alternatives. You do not need to change your suppliers or channels to work with us.

Can we start with a specific task or a small project?

Yes. Support can begin with a defined task, such as a factory visit, supplier search or focused channel-development pilot. Ongoing support can be discussed as your needs develop.

Is NAVRIXA a manufacturer or a service partner?

NAVRIXA is a sourcing and market development service partner. We help coordinate work with manufacturers and commercial partners. Manufacturing, purchasing and service responsibilities are clarified for each project.

What information do you need, and how soon can work start?

Share your company, products, target market, existing relationships, priorities and timing. We use this to discuss scope and availability. Project timelines also depend on supplier access, product readiness and partner responses.

China sourcing

Can you help us build a new brand or develop an OEM/ODM product?

We can help identify manufacturers, explore products and coordinate OEM/ODM discussions, specifications and samples. Where design, engineering or testing input is needed, the relevant specialist support is scoped separately.

Is there a minimum order quantity, and can you help with samples?

Factory minimums vary by product, specification and customisation. We can discuss suitable options and coordinate samples. Sample charges, battery shipping and delivery costs need to be assessed before proceeding.

Can you support factory checks, inspections and supplier problems?

Factory visits, product checks, inspection coordination and supplier follow-up can form part of the scope. We agree what needs checking and the evidence required, with specialist testing arranged where appropriate.

Market development

Do you carry out business development, or only provide advice?

Our work includes execution: identifying target partners, contacting decision-makers, following up, supporting commercial discussions and coordinating agreed launch activities. Research and planning inform that work.

How do you provide local support in overseas markets?

Locally based professional teams and salespeople bring knowledge of their market, customers and business practices. We coordinate their involvement around the target market and project, with roles, availability and costs agreed for the work required.

Can you guarantee sales or a distributor agreement?

We commit to the agreed work and clear reporting. Sales and partnerships depend on product fit, commercial terms, partner decisions and market conditions. Progress and obstacles are reviewed so the approach can be adjusted.

Fees, reporting & decisions

How are your fees calculated?

Fees reflect the agreed work, project duration, complexity and resources required. Purchasing scale and on-site needs may also affect a sourcing quote. Planned third-party costs are identified separately or clearly included.

How will we know what work has been completed?

Updates cover actions taken, responses received, open issues and next steps. Relevant records may include supplier correspondence, visit findings, outreach activity and commercial discussion notes, depending on the scope.

Do we retain control over commercial decisions?

Yes. We agree what we are authorised to communicate or negotiate on your behalf. Decisions requiring your approval are referred to you before commitments are made.

How are confidential information and product plans handled?

Confidentiality requirements, access and permitted sharing are agreed before sensitive information is exchanged. Any NDA requirements can be addressed at that stage, including arrangements involving suppliers or local collaborators.
